Zeus Marketing Strategy was created because as a fellow entrepreneur, I realized much of my unique thinking and marketing innovations could also be applied to small businesses. Big companies have big budgets and a large staff to handle customer acquisition. Small businesses are the underdogs without the same resources.
As a fellow entrepreneur, I wanted to help small businesses become as successful as they can be by giving them the same advantages as companies with more money and resources. Most business owners do not realize how much money they are losing due to not addressing the leaks they have in their ineffective, or non-existent, customer acquisition systems.
As a business owner, it is imperative you understand that if you do not make the most of your one shot, those customers who have a problem that needs solving have to go somewhere, and they are likely going to one of your competitors. Do not give them a reason to look elsewhere by not putting your best foot forward.

My name is David Kay and for 17 years, I was the Executive in Charge of Audience Development for the "Late Show with David Letterman" in New York. Originally from Los Angeles, I was only supposed to be in NYC to consult for 2 weeks, but the cutting-edge solutions I came up with for them were so revolutionary that it turned into a long-term collaboration.

I spent my days (and many nights) creating unique systems to identify and market to people who were most likely to align with Dave's unique brand of humor. This put him in front of live studio audiences that yielded an environment which gave him the best chance to succeed each and every night!
While you probably do not have a talk show of your own, my creativity and outside-of-the-box approach to marketing challenges extend well beyond the entertainment industry. My original methodologies are applicable to any business looking to grow and launch an upward trajectory that is sustainable, profitable, and viable for your long-term success.

Who is "Zeus" and
Why does it matter?

My Zeus is not a direct reference to the figure in Greek Mythology, but rather he is one of my best friends. I share him with you not because I am proud of him and think he is cute, although both of those things are true.
Nor am I suggesting you consider naming your business or brand after your pet. However, I am confidently telling you that it is imperative to create a brand story that is memorable, relatable, and makes your business stand out.
Zeus is a rescue. We came into each other's lives at the Greek Theatre in
Los Angeles, California, hence his name. But what makes him remarkable is he was one of a litter of six puppies that were all equally adorable and adoption-worthy. Yet he found a way to stand out amongst the competition of his sisters. I held each of them and he was the only pup that kissed my face, after which my decision was made.
The takeaway here should be you want to think of your business as one in a liter of many puppies (aka your competition). What are you going to do to stand out from all of the others and make your prospects feel so special they can not help but want to take what you are offering home with them?
